Selected candidates will be invited to experience Transformational Leadership Foundation — a two-day, self-funded program, before progressing through further development and certification stages according to their readiness and assessment results. 

Dale Carnegie Vietnam also makes a substantial investment in the professional development of each Trainer. 

Candidates will be informed of the applicable time commitments, self-funded requirements, and collaboration arrangements throughout the process.
