This position requires individuals who:

• Have been Dale Carnegie Graduate in the specific program named 3 days Transformational Leadership
• Show great passion and sustainable vision for people training and development
• Own proven business management and leadership experience - the ability to develop, manage and lead the team
• Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, in both Vietnamese and English
• Act as an initiative advisor in finding solutions to clients' training and development strategies and challenges
• Value teamwork and collaboration
• Be able to arrange time to work, share experiences and grow with DC VN
• Be able to enter a non-compete agreement with Dale Carnegie & Associates Global
• The position is available for Vietnamese only
