Your Role:

As an Organization Development Consultant, you will help clients identify and address their personal and organizational challenges through in-depth OD solutions—from competency-based training, 360° engagement, corporate culture, sustainable development to full digital transformation—creating long-lasting value for individuals and organizations.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, becoming a dedicated partner in their human and organizational development.
• Understand and diagnose the challenges individuals and organizations are facing.
• Advise, recommend, and provide optimal programs and solutions based on the values and legacy of Dale Carnegie.
• Inspire clients by sharing innovative, effective, and human-centered approaches.
• Proactively stay updated on industry trends and continuously develop your personal capabilities.
• Live and spread the Dale Carnegie culture to clients and everyone around you.

• Excellent consulting and communication skills; able to listen, analyze, and propose solutions effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C consulting or sales in services or intangible products.
• Proficient in both English and Vietnamese communication.
• Strong multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
