We are looking for an HR-OD Specialist who is passionate about people growth, culture building, and meaningful employee experiences. In this role, you will help attract the right people, strengthen how we communicate and collaborate internally, and bring our culture to life both inside and outside the organization.

Your impact in this role:

• Bring the right people into the journey

Identify and attract individuals who resonate with our purpose and culture. Through thoughtful recruiting and candidate experience, you help ensure that every new team member strengthens our mission of developing people and organizations.

• Support people in discovering and growing their potential

Contribute to talent development initiatives that support employees in building their capabilities, exploring their strengths, and growing along their professional journey.

• Connect people in discovering and growing their potential

Design and implement internal communication that keeps people informed, aligned, and connected to the organization’s direction, values, and goals.

• Share our culture and purpose with the outside world

Contribute to employer branding initiatives that reflect who we are as an organization and why people find meaning and growth in working here.

• Create an environment where people enjoy doing meaningful work

Support culture and employee experience initiatives that bring our values to life and help people feel engaged, supported, and proud to be part of the team.

• Enjoy working with people and supporting their growth
• Have strong recruitment or talent acquisition capability, especially in identifying individuals who align with both capability and culture
• Are curious, open-minded, and eager to learn
• Communicate well and enjoy connecting people
• Value collaboration and teamwork
• Have around 2+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related people functions
• Tools you may use include Microsoft Office, Canva, and other tools that support communication and organization.
