Your Roles:

1. Talent Development (80%):

• Plan and hire the right people who fit our culture and goals
• Guide, support new onboarding
• Encourage and follow up people on their learning and growth journeys with Dale

2. Culture Management (20%):

• Support to implement joyful, impactful culture innitiatives that bring our core values & culture standards to real work and life.
• Help everyone live and breathe our unique culture for their best version and Dale’s best version.

• Love supporting others

• Good interpersonal skills, a wanted team player
• Skillful at Microsoft Office, Canva and other supporting apps
• Have at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition(or inspiring stories to make up for it!).
