As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in consulting our corporate clients in Vietnam who are eager to enhance the competencies of their teams and organizations. You will collaborate closely with company owners, HRD/HRM professionals, and large corporations' Learning and Development departments.

An ODS’s key activities:

• Develop and nurture a robust network of customers founded on trust, credibility, and genuine care.
• Strategize and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve exceptional results.
• Formulate a personalized approach for cultivating key client relationships or champion clients.
• Collaborate closely with corporate clients to identify their developmental needs and offer tailored and organizational solutions.
• Efficiently coordinate with various departments (including Trainer, Operations, Academic Assistant, and Marketing) to ensure WOW service delivery to clients.
• Diligently track customer interactions, following up with both customers and participants throughout the training programs or projects.
• Act as a representative of Dale Carnegie's core values: Pride, Integrity, Ownership, Love and Care, and Business Acumen.
• Demonstrate an unceasing commitment to continuous learning, particularly in the realm of organizational development and consultancy expertise.
